Founder
Neisha L. Stephens, M.A. is a dynamic speaker, mentor, U.S. Air Force Veteran, and mental health advocate committed to helping others protect their emotional well-being—especially while serving and supporting others. She is the Founder of NeishaSpeaksCo and the Founder/Chair of the her Sorority Chapter’s Mental Health & Wellness Committee, where she leads initiatives centered on mental health education, culturally responsive support, and community empowerment.
Neisha holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. She currently serves as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and as a Master’s Level Professional Counselor.
Drawing from her experience across counseling, case management, program development, and DEI leadership work, Neisha specializes in helping individuals and professionals navigate boundaries, burnout, identity, and resilience with clarity and confidence. Her workshops create safe, affirming spaces for dialogue around mental wellness, self-care, and cultural identity—blending professional insight with authentic storytelling to empower audiences to care for themselves as deeply as they care for others.
Through keynotes, trainings, and community partnerships, Neisha amplifies the message that protecting your peace is not avoidance—it’s intentional growth, grounded in self-awareness and aligned action.
